Allura Serum Deceptive guarrantee for the trial period Fountain Valley California

I accepted their free trial offer of the Allura Serum with a 14 day money back guarantee. I ordered the product on 7/10/17 and received it on 7/13/17. After using the product for 12 days I called and cancelled my order. The cancellation was confirmed by Jenavee (employee #8411). Today, I received my CC statement and saw a charge of $89.95. I called the company to have the charge removed because I cancelled within the 14 day money back guarantee. I was told that the 14 days was from when I placed the order and not from when I receive the product. They would not refund the $89.95. Very deceptive. Be aware of this practice if you want try the product.

Now let me give you my evaluation of the product. I have used it daily for 34 days and can honestly say there is no change in the appearance of my skin. The product is just a very expensive moisturizer cream with a lot of marketing hype. Save your money!
