Almost Diamonds Did Not Refund My Money, No Response to Calls/EMails, Etc. Cathedral City California

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I mailed back a return on July 2nd, via Insured Priority U.S. Mail. To date, NO refund, NO response to my numerous e-mails to the company, NO response to my phone messages. Their online "chat" option is never open, their online "send us a message" option will never go through, and no person ever picks up their phone, it only has an automated message telling you to leave your name and number.
They have stolen $65.00 from me, which makes them thieves. Please do not ever order from this website. They are crooks.

Update on "Almost Diamonds"

I e-mailed the City Manager, and Business License Revenue Officer for Cathedral City, California. I was told that the address listed for "Almost Diamonds" is a personal mailbox, not a legitimate business address. So, no business license was given to "Almost Diamonds" by the State of California. So there's nothing we can do to get our money back. These crooks are running a scam, but fortunately karma will get 'em:) I just wish I could see it when it does.
