Almost Diamonds Placed order in May, recieved item but were too big, sent return back and STILL haven't heard from the company! Cathedral City California

I placed an order with Almostdiamonds.com on May 21st 2008. I received my order on May 27th 2008. I ordered a wedding ring set for myself and a band for my husband. Unfortunately the rings were a size too big and we needed to return them for a smaller size.

I looked up the return process on the site and followed the directions to a T. I sent the order to the returns address provided to me after I filled out the returns form on the website on May 28th 2008 via USPS First Class mail with a delivery conformation. I checked the conformation number given to me by USPS and saw Almost Diamonds received the package on May 31st 2008.

It has been OVER 4 weeks now and I've heard NOTHING from the company. I've emailed once a day to sales@almostdiamonds.com. I've called their 1800 number only to find their either closed (which happens to be most of the time DURING their business hours listed on the site) or the phone will say their connecting you and no one will pick up to which they inform you to leave a message and someone will "get right back to you" ... well no, they don't. I've left NUMEROUS messages and have never gotten a call back. They also have a live chat option on the website which also is NEVER open. They say to leave a message and someone will get back ... and they don't do that either. I've also left messages through the contact us option on the site and again, NOTHING.

I'm very upset with the lack of communication from this company. I'm glad I got my order in the first place seeing as how some people haven't even gotten that. But more then anything I'd like the return back with my new rings at the new sizes I requested.

It's funny how they'll respond to reports on this site yet they never respond to you personally during the many attempts. I wish I saw what I see now from this company before I placed an order with them. I doubt very highly I'll be placing another order with them. It'll be nice to see them respond to this and let me know where my product is!
