On June 5, 2001, I received a fax for a vacation promotion. I called the number and was told that the fax was sent to me by accident. The promotion was sent to their client list of businesses and/or sales managers to use as promotions or giveaways for their companies.

However, since I did receive the fax they would honor the offer. The vacation was for 7 days and 6 nights in Florida for $99 per person and could be booked within the next 12 months. This package was also good for up to 2 children. My husband and I purchased the vacation paying a total of $218 by credit card. We received a fax with the confirmation #, our web access code, and user ID.

On April 3, 2002, I called to phone number on the fax to book my vacation and the number was disconnected. I then tried the website and was unable to access any information. My access code and user ID were not valid. The website had no other options unless you had that information.

I have tried to search the internet for other information on this company and have been unsuccessful. I did find a travel service that indicated in bold red letters at the bottom of their page that they were in no way affiliated with the Alpha-Omega Travel Service located in Florida.

This is a true rifoff. My 2 children are looking forward to this vacation and now I've been swindled out of $218 plus having to spend more money for a family vacation.
