Alpha Products International - Extreme Scooters is cause of disappointing Christmas for Texas boys RIPOFF Newton Iowa

I ordered 2 X-360 scooters from Alpha Products International. When unboxed, one scooter was DOA and the other, we thought, was fine. I should have known what type of quality these scooters were when the decals for the scooter were so old the sticky on the back came off with the paper backing.

We assembled the scooters and plugged them in to charge. One scooter worked fine for about 45 minutes then the back wheel froze and wouldn't turn.

The other scooter was dead. I looked online at their "troubleshooting" guide because when I called the service department their number was no longer in service (imagine that). After going through the process the trouble shooting guide suggests I found that the ignition was totally different from the other scooter that's working.

The suggestion for the frozen rear wheel was "replace it".

I can't get anyone at Alphaproducts International or X-treme scooters to return my calls.
