Alpine Homes ripoff Alpine Homes misrepresented me in home sale, home declared unsafe to live in. Mesa Arizona

Alpine Homes misrepresented me in buying a mobile home. They paid the owner my money before the final walk through, the owner paid the mobile home off.

Two days later I went to get a insurance qoute and was told the roof was in bad shape and they wouldn't insure it. I called Alpine and told them I couldn't afford to fix the roof and there could be more things wrong, they told me to go through an insurance company they used who wouldn't go out to look at it. That was not the problem ,the problem was it could catch fire or something. They said the roof wasn't part of the home sale. They told me to do the walk through 2 weeks after I gave them the money because people were still living there.

At the walk through I was told I couldn't list the roof or anything else I had a problem with ,only appliances. I wasn't allowed to write it on the checklist. I called them the same night and said the roof had to be a part of the deal or I wanted out. Thats when they told me to bad the owner was paid 2 weeks ago and he paid it off. You Own it.

I called a inspector the next day and he said not only was the roof caving in but the bottom of it was caving in and the whole structure of it was falling apart. Alpine became very nasty and refused to help me get out of the home.

I also had to be approved for the park and had signed a 12 month lease. I now pay $460.00 lot rent, a 26,000 loan on a place I can't even live in. Unless you pay a lawyer and it could take years to even settle and may still lose, the only thing you can do is file a complaint. So beware when buying a mobile home from Alpine Homes. They want your money after that your on your own.
