Just like the others who filed reports against this company. I thought I would try Alteril.
Well, it didn't work for me either, so I sent the sample back and the month supply back when I got it 2-days after I got the sample pack.
I contacted the company and asked for a refund and they stated they would wire the money to my bank, since I informed them that I had that card account closed. I have yet to see any money ($36.90) get wired back to my bank.
I faxed them a letter demanding a refund and that the product had been returned. I did this a few days ago and have not heard one word or anything from them.
They are a true rip-off, taking your money and treating you like a piece of S***.
An attorney really needs to look into this company and find out what they are doing and file some kind of legal action against them for all of us who have been taken advantage of. This would include all people who don't know about this website and are too embarassed to admit that they got taken for $36.90.

Got my $36.90 back

This is a courtesy update to state that I did receive the $36.90 back in my account. It only took about 2-weeks and I had faxed them a letter from my legal rep. I don't know if that made things any better or not but still...
From now on and forever more, I will be looking up companies on this website before I order anything from any company. Ripoff Report can save millions of people millions of dollars, stress and sleep loss.
