I saw in an ad on line that this product offered a free sample of this product, so ordered it. When it came, I was charged almost $100, then I forgot about it, and the next month the same thing happened, when I called to complain, the lady said that I had ordered a free 14 day supply not a free sample. She would not refund my money. They automatically charged my bank account so there is no way to get my money back.
