Always Perfect Studios IMPERFECT, IMPERSONAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, IMMORAL Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania

Our wedding was June 20, 2009 at Coral House in Baldwin, NY and we regrettably used Always Perfect Studios. We first came across Always Perfect at David's Bridal when my wife went to buy her dress there and they had a representative there. We were taken in by their price and what seemed to be quality photos.

We never heard from our photographer Rocco until 2 days before. He brought along his assistant. They got to Coral House a half hour after they were supposed to be there. They did not take the photos we asked them. Throughout the ceremony, they were constantly bickering and arguing with our videographer. Thank God we used a different videographer or we would have no media from our wedding.

We were told that we would get our proofs a week after the ceremony. However, until this day we have not received proofs, much less pictures. When we called in the past, we used to hear it's in the mail, we're sorry blah blah blah. Lately, they don't even answer the phone.

We don't know where to turn or what to do anymore. We want our photos or a full refund immediately. It is appalling that they can get away with such deceptive tactics and not be held accountable.

Again, on our wedding day, the photographer was 30 minutes late!! We did not get the pictures that we wanted and we were being rushed because he was late and could not get pictures done prior to the wedding and after in an allotted time. He wound up taking blurry, nonprofessional pictures.

We wanted natural shots but the photographer mainly took corny candid shots. We have to use digital camera photos that others took and it's not right.

To top it all off, he left before he was supposed to. We demand a full refund for all of my troubles. We DO NOT want to use THIS company again!! This company has forced us to be without professional photos that we paid for on a very special day of our lives!!

We paid over $2,500.00 for pictures that weren't taken!! We specifically told him NOT to take candid pictures of guests and he did. We arevery dissatified with this company.
