Amanda Kole Macomb County Friend of the Court Filing a Motion Mount Clemens Michigan

I'm a mother of 2 daugthers and have been raising them on my own for 12 years. My ex husband pays nothing finically and owes more than $10,000 in child support.  He also aowes another woman $5,000 and a 3rd woman $8,000.  My ed-husband has mental health issues that he came forth with in a show cause hearing as to why he can't work.  Nothing is being done to enforce action on the child support for me or any of the other woman.  NO BENCH WARRANTS. Recently he told our kids that he was going to kill himself with a gun.  My brother, recently committed suicide and suffered from PTSD from active military war.  He was a United States Marine and did 2 tours in

Afghanistan.  We are still mouring his loss as it was just 6 months ago.  My kids were scared and called me to pick them up because dad was screaming at his girlfriend, knocking stuff of the shelf at the grocery store and laughing.  I withheld his following weekend of parenting time in FEAR OF MY KIDS LIVES.  I wittheld parenting time, went to the parenting time division that Monday and explained that I violated our court order.  She advised me to file a motion.  I gathered all the paperwork, paid the $100 fee and did my homework and turned in the motion the next day.  I created a 29 pages document including evidence of his erratic behavior, threats, and disgusting behavior.  We

appeared in front of referree, Amanda Kole, whom I pay for her public service, to be treated like a doormat.  She was rude, arrogant, cut me off with evertying word I said.  I said over and over again that I was in fear of my childrens lives and that he was creting emotional distress with them.  She said well he hasn't done anything yet!  And "who are you to decide?  You arent' a doctor".  This man physically beat me.  I had to stand up in my best friends wedding with 2 black eyes and a chipped tooth.  I was strong enough to leave him with a 2 year old and a newborn baby and walked away with nothing.  Macomb County Friend of the Court is a joke.  Amanda Kole has no business

being involded in family matters.  I pad for a motion and would not be heard.  I've never felt so discouraged and defeated in my life.  SHe asked why I didn't call CPS.  I started to explain that I called CPS years ago and she cut me off.  When I called CPS in 2013 because my kids came home with a contact marijuana high, they did absoultely nothing.  They told me as long as it was not in reach of the kids that there was nothing I could do about it because it's recrational.  THEY CLOSED MY CASE.  That was it.  Nothing.  I was discouraged then because they did not help at all and did zero investigations.  The smell of THC on my kids clothes was enough to get me high.  So why would I call

CPS again?  I will never, ever, file another motion with the courts it is a waste of time.  Dead beat dads can walk around getting high, not paying child support and put kids in harms way while mothers like myself do everything we can to keep our kids safe.  This is the exact reason there are statistics.  Why mental heath in this day and age is overlooked.  They are not in this for the childs well being at all.  God help you Amanda Kole.  If anything ever happens to my kids I will hold you personally responsible.
