In no way is Our Company or any of its workers doing any of the things that were published. This company does in no way provide facts or truth. Anybody can post nonsense. We not only believe that these false allegations hurt the reputation of us on some scale, but it has viciously caused other individuals to second guess our company. This is unfair and unjust!  We would like to provide anyone any information they would like on the ex-employee who is writting these reports or anything else.

As of now we are expanding our Officers.

The report this ex-employee is writting is Criminal and we are taking action.

There are some simple facts to review:

1. Roger Smith Homes the initial complainant, can be reviewed here from the BBB and has an F rating in business.

2. Funds were to my knowledge never exchanged to any amount approaching the sum in this report. Which one would have to conclude shows at the very least an exaggeration, the base of dishonesty- see rating above.
3. An experienced businessman would know that an ad campaign including any television advertising for a period of over thirty days will cost in excess of $10,000.00 for multiple airings per day not to include prime time. This would get an estimated 3-5 airings daily mornings and late night (most likely, depending on many variables and the demographic)
4.Due to the actions of Mr. Smith the defending company now has a lower rating with the BBB which is potentially damaging long term.


Slander is deformation of character and can be pursued in court. These accusations are damaging to the reputation of a business and by definition of "Deformation of Character" can be awarded by the courts for the amount of projected business lost due to the slander or "Deformation of Character". Mr. Smith would be advised to produce proof of this alleged "rip off" in the form of a receipt or canceled check that would hold up in court or consider retracting this slander from this website and any other locations where these claims have been placed to damage the above mentioned company.

My name is Craig Elliott (former National Sales Manager) for Amazing Realty Deals. As of June 25th, 2010, I have resigned from the company. Partially due to inconsistencies in the business practices of Amazing Realty Deals. I felt the organization was not being honest or truthful to the clients and customers or the employees. My name was associated with the attached complaint erroneously.  

First off: Amazing Realty Deals is not an MLM.
Secondly: The complaint that someone paid $9000 and did not get their money back is not true. The company has yet to sell a deal that big. They are a start up.
Thirdly: The person who wrote that was terminated and is trying to get even. It's a mystery as to why when he did not invest a cent of money and was only doing it as a hobby.

The commercials have been seen on TV by someone we know, too.

Sour Grapes have no place in business.

I am an employee with Amazing Realty Deals and have worked with the company since the beginning of March.  Mr. Harris has never once dodged me or any of his employees.  As a matter of fact he gives his personal cell phone number out to all of his employees.  I have been paid on time since I started this company.  Mr. Harris not been running and eluding anyone at all.  We know who posted this remark, it is a disgruntled employee who is trying to destroy our company, it's employees, their families and children.  It is sad that he does not have anything better to do with his time than to try and destroy others.  He is being investigated at this time and justice will be served to the individual. We have given him the opportunity to show proof of such claims, as you can see he has not shown any proof, because he has no proof.  

The person writing this thread should be able to provide a copy of a cancelled check or a copy of the contract. The greatest thing about posting online is that you can be tracked by your IP address and this is the case with the person filing the complaint as they have not provided evidence to support their allegations. If they filed with authorities they would have a case number and they would be held liable for perjury for making false statements and will be prosecuted and held accountable for damages that such post could cause an organization. I am not Alan Harris and once again assuming without true facts should and will not be tolerated. Please ignore any post from the person complaining as they cannot provide evidence of said claim or they would have gladly been helped in any fashion to resolve the matter.

Funny how the person that posted this rebuttal is anonymous. The person that posted this most likely is Alan Harris hiding behind his computer (AGAIN). I am not a previous employee I am a client that was taken advantage of. You company does not have a B+ rating; actually it has a NR on one of your listings (Las Vegas) and an F in New Mexico. Amazing Realty Deals already scammed me out of $9000.00 and there are no commercials airing advertisement of your services. Therefore you have scammed me and several other clients out of thousands of dollars. Bottom line here is anyone that signs up with your services will surely get ripped off like I did! As of today I am searching for more Amazing Realty Deals victims. I wanted to file a class action lawsuit against your company but since you are not incorporated it is virtually impossible to do so. Therefore you will be sued civilly and hopefully criminally for scamming people out of money and fraud. If you feel you have not done anything criminally or civilly please respond with a list of clients that have signed up for your services and we will contact every one of these clients and see if they feel the same way. You cannot provide any clients that are satisfied with your services since you dont air any commercials! Amazing Realty Deals is a scam for not airing the commercials you claim to have.

I know of someone who works for this company and a past employee spreading rumors. There are no filings with the BBB on this subject and this is complete slander to the organization.The company currently has a B+ rating, which is great for any organization. I have seen complaints like this being published and hurting an organization. I would expect a person who filed with a state or government entity provide the file or case number to validate their complaint and provide a copy of a canceled check, if they were so ripped off. I thank you for removing this, until such evidence is provided.
