The salesman called me and said that he worked for a company that was starting a real estate referral business similar to 1-800-Dentist. He gave me a few printed items that showed that the company would be advertising on CNN, MSNBC and other cable programs for "Amazing Real Estate Deals." He showed me three ads on the website: amazingrealtydeals.com. When questioned about exactly when the ads would be aired he said "Starting July 1st" but gave no times or schedule.
He was selling zip codes that, if referrals came in off the TV advertising, the leads would go to the agent that paid for the zip code.
I asked where the company was located. He gave me an address in Las Vegas. However, when he gave me a contract, it had an address in New Mexico but there were several references to Las Vegas as to where arbitration needed to take place, etc. It looked like a sloppy job was done changing locations. I wondered: "How often do they change locations?"
The final upshot was that the "future advertising" which had no schedule was to be paid for today in check or money order.
Caveat Emptor. Buyer be ware! NEVER pay by check or money order or cash for some service that is promised to be delivered in the future as it may never come and the sellers could be long gone by the time you realize it along with your money.

Doesn't make sense...

I read "Mr Smith's" Comment and felt the need to comment. How can you NOT sue someone just because they arent incorporated? The whole purpose of Incorporation is to gain Tax Benefits AND to protect ones personal assets from litigation. The owner of this company has openly left his phone number to be contacted and you have made allegations you havent backed up. If he stole from you and is accepting checks then you should have a cancelled check and a contract. Why not post proof rather than making ridiculous comments about not being able to sue him when you would be completely able to do so if you had a legitimate case.
Ironically the owner of THIS site currently has Warrants for his arrest because he has been scamming business owners in an extortion scheme. It's almost laughable!

I tried calling Alan Harris at the number he provided and the first call went right to voicemail. I left a message as if i was an potential client. He immediately called me back and tried selling me on his b.s.! I told him who i was and he said... If you are not happy with the service then sue me! I told him im trying too but since you are not incorperated its impossible! He laughed and told me tough luck. Mr Alan HArris is nothing more than a scam artist and has no soul! He doesnt care about anyone or anything thing. Bottom line, i will not give up until every realtor is aware of his scam!
Alan Harris I want the money you scammed me out of!!!!

If everything Alan Harris is saying is true then produce the commercials you stated you were airing back in April2010. It simple either show us where and when the commercials aired of refund the thousands of dollars you stole from clients. You took $9000.00 from me and I still have not seen a commercial aired. There is no reason to banter back and forth just show us where and when the commercials aired! Its simple, but you can provide anything that is requested. All you do is sit in your basement hiding behind your computer while you have your sales reps out there stealing peoples money. A perfect example is your National Sales Manager left your company because you were not airing commercials. We did research of your concept and for what you are offering would cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to do! How can you air national television for $3000.00 per month plus run a call center to provide leads to people. The numbers dont make sense.
Bottom line you scammed me out of $9000.00 and you are not even man enough to call me back or even refund the money you stole from me. Yous stolen hundreds of thousands from other brokers, why cant you refund my money? I have an 8yr old son with cancer and I am a single parent. I told your rep this before he tolk my check and assured me i would see the commercials. To this day i have not seen one commercial!
Thanks a lot Alan Harris CEO of Amazing Realty Deals for scamming me out of $9000.00!

MESSAGE FROM THE C.E.O. AMAZING REALTY DEALS.

This program has been up and running since April 1st, 2010. We have been testing different TV Times and Networks. The Sales Reps are not provided with exact TV schedules. This is because we buy them in bulk as all major companies do, and the networks put us into certain time frames not specific time slots. This individual should not be allowed to practice in real estate at all, instead of contacting the company they choose to slander our Organization! We our looking into this and will act accordingly. If this person wanted to buy TV time they would have to pay upfront aswell and unless they wanted to spend hundreds of thousands per spot they would get the same times we do. Feel free to call me if you our considering doing business with my Company. We guarantee you results and stand by that as a Company. Not to mention we are changing the way people find Realtors. Alan Harris, CEO/President (505) 515-4651. Amazing Realty Deals.
P.S. For everyone out there who may look this up. Ripoff Report has a policy not to remove any complaint no matter if it is false as this information is. And as of date the only complaints ever made against us, is from the person who may or not be a real estate agent and we had a complaint from a former sales manager who was terminated and faked being a client to slander us. NO CLIENT HAS EVER COMPLAINED!
