Be Careful - You have Been Warned !!!!!

This company appears to be what's known as a 'DEPOSIT ONLY' binary trading option

Meaning, you will be lucky if you ever see your money again !!!!!

Initially, I thought everything was great ... nice platform easy top use, my account manager was very eager to help/assist in creating greater profits etc...    Yeah, everything you could wish for?????

I initially invested £250, made a couple of successful trades and account grew to £462.50 .... hey, and again everything was great ?????

I discussed further investment with my account manager, but I was due to leave for vacation, so I tried to withdraw my money .... initial investment plus the profits £462.50 in total .... this is when everything started to go wrong with this outfit

Several emails to/fro with my account manager Bart ended with this response (oh, and this is from an actual email that I still hold a copy of !!!!!)

'To be fair to you I am going to send you your profits: 200GBP and when you will come back from holidays we are starting talk about serious investments.

My response was simple.....
Hi Bart...
I expect to see all £462.50 returned without exception, if this is not received there will be no further investment
I have already discussed with you, problems withdrawing money with another binary trading company and will not deal with anyone who fails to complete a simple request for withdrawal

Yeah, I made mistake before of using another one of these companies,but hey AmberOptions seemed to be different ?????
 
So, next move ... I contacted the 'Customer Relations Manager'
 
Hi Matthew...
It appears that you may the customer relations manager?
I am having horrendous difficulty withdrawing funds from my account, to the point that Bart (I assume an employee) is being totally obstructive - I have attached transcripts of emails with Bart
I am hoping that by reaching out to you, this problem will be resolved immediately, and my remaining account funds are transferred to me

Matthew, responded very quick with a nice apologetic email .....
Sorry for the late response, I have just got to the office.
I find it confusing that you would want to entirely close down the account, that in a matter of 2 weeks basically doubled your initial investment,  but the decision is yours to make.
Our payment service provider has been already instructed to perform a wire transfer for the total amount left in your Amber Options account.
Bart, your (former) account manager was simply overzealous, and since he was working with best intentions in mind I see no reason for me to take actions against him, but you are welcome to file a formal complaint - you can do this via e-mail, and send it to Yours truly.
 Please accept my apologies for the whole situation.

This email was received 25th August, I have now sent 4 more emails chasing these funds and Matthew hasn't had the courtesy to respond to any of them ... I've sent 'Contact Us' forms through the website and again no response
 
AND YOU GUESSED IT ..... NO MONEY RECEIVED !!!!!! - IT'S NOW 2nd September .... I will not give up chasing my funds through whatever means necessary

Reply received from Amber Options...

Hi Craig,

... Craig, to be honest, I don't know whether to be impressed or irritated. Neither I or my company, plan on keeping your money indefinitely. you have already received your profits (and they were transferred to your card immediately , might i add). and your initial deposit is on it's way, we will have to send it back as a wire transfer using the bank details you have provided. The whole process takes time, and like it or not, some delays may occur. The whole 'ordeal' is going on for 7 business days now, don't you think it's a bit to early to be failing reports on ripoff sites, and bashing my company's good name ? We are working with best intentions in mind, but we are subjected to certain procedures, and wire transfers especially have to go through several departments - bottom line is - it takes a certain amount of time. I can assure you that you will receive your money shortly.

My response...

Explain why either you or someone from your company haven't replied within the last 7 days to the numerous emails I have sent .... with the simple explanation you have given regarding the transfer (and I haven't only emailed you direct so if you were away on vacation someone else would have seen my attempts at contact)
 
But let me point out
1. Bart didn't return the 'PROFITS' immediately, if you check he cancelled two withdrawal requests before somewhat reluctantly releasing a proportion of my funds
2. I work as part of an multi-national organisation, I transfer easily money between multiple continents/countries and multiple banks and the majority are completed within 3 working days at most
 
Also, it seems not only I have these issues with your company, as there are numerous reports on the internet .... most revolving around withdrawals, over-zealous account managers ... and yes I have ignored the people that have placed trades, lost then complained
 
But as you say the money is on its way .... then that will settle this ridiculous issue
 
And, today 12/9/14 .... Another week has passed without funds being returned!!!......................................................
