cypersonic toothbrush rip off only worked 6 weeks - impossible to get hold from their 'so called' Customer Service.I

I bought a cybersonic toothbrush from a tv ad with Robert Urich hosting. It was charged to my credit card and paid for. It was satisfactory for about six weeks, then stopped working completely. The on/off button would not operate.
It is Model # A104.

There was a 800# to call for customer service, which I called, repeatedly for about three weeks; They appear to have recordings that answer, the woman says everyone is busy call back, and the man says, everyone is busy, hold on. After holding for about 20 minutes one afternoon, I spoke to a man who did not seem to know anything at all about the product or the company. He took my phone number etc and said he would have his supervisor call me back. Of course, she never did. That is about two months ago.I tried to get the man to give me the name of the company and their phone number or email address but he said he did not know.

It looks as if I am stuck with a $110 toothbrush that doesn't work, as I don't know where else to go for help.
Some internet and tv adertisers are very good about are very good about responding, but Cybersonic is the worse one I have ever run across. People should be aware of this before ordering their product.
