AMDN "AMDN INC" attempted to get me to send cash, check, or money-order to po box using forfeiture notification regarding unawarded funds GRAHAM Washington

I received a mocked up high priority enveloped postmarked first class U.S. postage, Far Rockaway, N.Y. . Enclosed was a letter with the heading "forfeiture notification regarding unawarded funds". They wanted me to send them $10 cash, check, or money order and keep a copy of the letter for my records. I noticed it was a po box, the signature was not hand printed but made to look like it was. There was no printed version of the person's name. There was no phone number, email address, web address, or any other contact information.

I thought about sending the $10 and then went online to see if I could find the company, or should I say person, people. Thanks to this website I didn't send the money and I just wanted to chime in and say that I received the scam too. Thanks again to the folks who put this site up.
