Ameri Source Publications American Solution Information Sent books under false pretense books returned, sent to collections, being harrased fraudulent ripoff business mooers New York

Ameri-Source called several times wanting us to advertise in their books.We asked them to fax information,since we do not do business over the phone.She stated books were free,and wanted to send us a set.We did tell her to send the books if they were free, but we did not obligate ourselves to any advertising, and a fax was never sent.However the books came with a $317.95 invoice. We returned the books unopened.Books were signed for, and to start with they were saying they did not receive them, but postal service resolved this for us.

Then we starting receiving harrassing leters from American Solution Information concerning past due account with Ameri-Source, they listed invoice#2913006. We responded twice with certified letters. Now almost a year later, we have received numerous call from American Solutions Information(stating they were a collections co.)Over 10 calls have been received in the last week, 4 of them being this morning 1-21-03 within 5 minutes apart. On the last call I ask him had he ever heard of harrassment, nothing else was said, so I hung up. As of 9:45 he has not called back. We had also asked for fax # last week so we could send copies of everything ,letters,mail receipts,etc. He refused them, stated he did not need proof of anything, He just needed for us to pay this past due account now.He has been Very Rude every time.
