AMERICA VACATIONSBENITO JUAREZ - THAT IS THE NAME THAT WILL APPEAR ON YOUR CARD STATEMENT JUST MINUTES AFTER BEING ON THE PHONE WITH THESE B*******.

I AUTHORIZED A CHARGE and decided to research them before signing the stupid document they sent me via docu sign.  When I did I didn't like what I found and immediately tried to cancel about an hour after my purchase.  No such luck.  What took 5 mintues to charge was taking days to get back.  I immediately contacted my bank and asked them to put in a claim (which they couldn't because the charge was still pending)

I DID not sign their authorization letter.  Everything that the previous complaint stated also happened to me.  I'm out $649 dollars and it sucks.  I was also told there were only three spots left.  I was put on hold several times for anywhere between 30 min to an hour each until some mousey women comes on and says that they closed and can only take a message.  

Once they realized I was the one that kept calling, it didn't matter how many times I did it, they'd immediately put me on hold before I could say hi.

The ext. that my "agent" gave me didn't work any longer, or was not in service.  It sucks and right now I'm waiting to see what my bank can do about this.
