I reviewed a fax at work received on Jan. 29, 2016, with a trip advisor heading. It was offering a "spring break special" for a 5 day / 4 night, all inclusive vacation to Jamaica, Cancun, Hawaii, Bahamas, etc. All meals included for $149 per person. I asked the girl if there would be any other charges. She said no. They would send me the brochure. I paid $740.00 for 4 people for Jamaica. I did not receive a brochure. I called and they asked if I signed my " Docu-sign". The Docu-sign mentioned hotel taxes and gratuities of up to $99 per person. It was from America Vacations.

I signed it and then reieved the "brochure". A typed page with Web sites for hotels. Most of which were "Dreams resorts, Secrets, Villa, etc" which were upgrades, which included Jamaica, my desired destination. I called 9 times over 3 months to talk to a trip planner. She stated she would need to collect $99 per person, $250 in booking fees, and that anywhere we wanted to go there would be an upgrade fee because we need 2 rooms. Jamaica wasn't an option and the Riviera Maya wasn't available for our dates in Sept. I told her I was no longer interested and wanted my money back.

She stated it is non-refundable. I told her I was not getting what I paid for and wanted my money back. I told her I wanted to talk to her supervisor. She stated "You know how long it took for you to talk to me." And had no intention of letting me talk to anyone about a refund. I surely wasn't giving them any more money. I contacted my credit card company. I don't understand why people can scam people like this and get away with it. I only want my money bsck, so I can purchase a legit vacation. I have 2 names of workers that I spoke with and a g-mail for one of them. I wasn't sure I should list them here.
