We made the mistake of requiring all disputes to be resolved by the AAA.  Big --- VERY BIG --- MISTAKE! WE have been suffering in arbitration going on 4 years now and nothing. KEEP FAR, FAR, AWAY, AND USE THE JUDICIAL PROCESS!

We have spent tens of thousands of dollars, had one meeting after the other and got nowhere except continuous adjournments.  At this point, both the AAA and even the arbitrator continue to ignore all fo our complaints.
