American Computer Supplies Fraud Deal too good to be true full of fraud deceit and hatefulness Los Angeles California

On December 22, 2006, at 9:30 am, I was contacted by Saki (sp?) from American Computer Supplies about a promotional offer. She offered to send us 2 toner cartridges for a Ricoh Aficio 200 fax/copier/printer machine. We were to try one cartridge to it's full extent (until empty). She claimed their toners lasted twice as long as normal ones and it seemed like a good deal, especially if they did work as promised. If we were satisfied with the toner, we would pay $105.60 each ($211.20 total); if we were unsatisfied, we were to send the 2nd toner back to the company and there would be no charge. Around March of 2007, a representative from the company called and wanted to know if we were finished with the first cartridge (we were still using the first one); he even went so far to offer us a "deal" of a lower purchase price. After numerous calls like this one, they started being more aggressive and hateful; calling numerous times each week, stating they were "trying to close out their books for 2006" and needed payment immediately. We have continually received calls like this, each one more and more aggressive and nasty.

We offered to send the 2nd toner back, which they agreed to, and sent a shipping label for. Now, the latest representative called and was extremely rude and hateful, demanding both cartridges. The funny thing is that the price has now jumped up for no reason: $248.86 now. On the invoice, it states this is for Computer Printer Supplies; no description, number of items, nothing. This is a huge scam from what I read on the internet and I would strongly caution anyone from accepting this "Too Good To Be True Offer".
