american coradius international frodulently got $250.00 for a bill that i really did owe but didnt put the money on that account amherst, New York

i had ordered a lot of atv parts and use the bill me now option. then i lost my job and couldnt pay for them. in october of 2011 this company called me and said they could settle if i payed $250.00 right now they could reduce my payment and then i could do monthly payments.

october 8th 2011 i did a check either over the phone or via the internet. then a few days later i got a call from another company who had received my account from aci. this all happened in a matter of 2 days. i just called my bank company because the second company contacted me and we agreed on a settlement but that $250 was never applied!

 i tried a stop payment but it was a few months too late and the check had already cleared. the same day they gave my account to another company!!! now im out $250.00!!!! i know its peanuts to some people but ive got a house, car wife and 3 kids! i need this money back to pay the other company off!!!
