American Credit Debt Solutions, INC is nothing but a scam short and sweet.. This company charges you upfront fees and then does not provide the service, nor refund your money. Laura Fallick and Ray Azcui are nothing but cons, they prey on the poeple that cannot go to a bank and get a loan. They think they are above everyone and it will not catch up to them. ll I can say is they are garbage, do not do ANY kind of business with them, no matter how convincing they may sound. They do loans, CPNs, Credit Repair, etc...... But all they really do is take your money.....

First I would like to say I am sorry to hear your story and I hope that you revcovered yor losses. I am a victim too. I will never let it go. Check my ripoff report #1423848.

When I did a full research about them I found out that they have been doing that and scamming people for years. It seems every 2-3 years they come up with a new business name and open a new business bank account and then scam people out of their money and when they reach the apex point they file for bankruptcy. Old businesses I found those scammers have used to scam and steal money from people are:
- Spectrum Funding Solutions. Ripoff Report #: 1248846 dated: 8/16/2015.
- American Eagle Credit Solutions. Complaints Board Report # 475556 dated 7/8/2011.
- Ray Azcui Loan Officer. Ripoff Report #: 579181 dated 3/7/2010.
- American Credit Debt Solutions. Ripoff Report #: 1257727 dated 9/28/2015. And Ripoff Report #: 1395025 dated 8/23/2017.
