First and foremost do not do business with Laura or Ray of American Credit Debt Solutions. They require you to pay an upfront fee in order to get a loan of $500.00. Or if you enroll in their CPN program with funding they require an $850.00 upfront deposit. Your funding date come and goes, then it's excuse after excuse as to what happened and that you'll be funded next week. Then nothing, then it's I was sick it will be next week, and next week comes and nothing. I have now been waiting nearly two months after I was to be funded the first time.
I have asked for a refund several times and then they say we will fund you next week. I am tired of waiting, and I know they are scamming hundreds of others while I am waiting for funding. So I decided not to sit quite any longer. They don't fund your loans, nor do they issue refunds.
If you or someone that you know has already done business and been ripped off please message me becasue I can provide you with addresses and family members of Laura and Ray if you want to track them down.

First I would like to say I am sorry to hear your story and I hope that you recovered your losses. I am a victim too. I will never let it go. Check my ripoff report #1423848.

When I did a full research about them I found out that they have been doing that and scamming people for years. It seems every 2-3 years they come up with a new business name and open a new business bank account and then scam people out of their money and when they reach the apex point they file for bankruptcy. Old businesses I found those scammers have used to scam and steal money from people are:
- Spectrum Funding Solutions. Ripoff Report #: 1248846 dated: 8/16/2015.
- American Eagle Credit Solutions. Complaints Board Report # 475556 dated 7/8/2011.
- Ray Azcui Loan Officer. Ripoff Report #: 579181 dated 3/7/2010.
- American Credit Debt Solutions. Ripoff Report #: 1257727 dated 9/28/2015. And Ripoff Report #: 1395025 dated 8/23/2017.

Hey there, I Inc too have been ripped off by them. They got $1350 out of me since july and till this date they're giving me the run around. Please email me @ Neveah.samms@gmail.com. To the author from Houston tex.. Can you please forward me info on Laura and Ray. My email is Wedoitalllabor@yahoo. Don't know whats going on but after submitting all fees and paperwork. I have yet to receive any funding. Any info you could provide would be greatly appreciated
