AMERICAN CREDIT EDUCATORS ripoff -REPORT THEM TO THE FTC -Denver Colorado

I too found this company on my credit report saying I owed $300, but have never done business with them. I have written them and asked for proof of the debt - with no response.

Today I attempted to call them and their number has been changed to a 900 number which costs 1.00 a minute to call!

Based on this I did call the FTC consumer reporting center - they say only one report has been filed against this company in 5 years - If you have been ripped-off by this company call the FTC Consumer Reporting Center so they can take action

They must have multiple complaints filed before they will take action. Although the Commission cannot resolve individual problems for consumers, it can act against a company if it sees a pattern of possible law violations.
