American Credit Solution ripoff kept my money, didn't send card tampa Florida

I received a call from them saying for 199.95 i could receive a credit card. I agreed and they withdrew funds from my account in trade i was suppose to receive a packet when 21 days to activate my card.

I waited for 30 days an I never received a packet. So i called them it took forever to get through. Sometime the phone would just ring and ring. Once i did get through I was told that they had my mailing information incorrect. So, I was told to wait another 21 days. Still no packet. So, I called them again they said they did not know why my packet hasn't made it to my home.

So I asked for a refund but they told me that the only way to get a refund was to receive my packet. Due to the fact that i had not receive my packet i got an attitude with them. So they ssid they would send it again so I waited for about 2 weeks still no packet. So i called back asking again for a refund.

Finally, I was told on a friday that I would receive a refund which would be sent to my account and to be deposited no later that the following Monday. It is now Friday again an I still have not received my refund.

I tried calling them but their number only leaves a message stating that if i have any questions or comments to write them at their address.
