American Credit Solution also known as ACS is a fraudulent company Tampa Florida

I received a postcard stating I had been approved for a credit card with a limit of $4000.00. They said they would send me a phone but they needed my bank account number so they could deduct $199.99 from my account for the phone and activation of my card. I asked them "this is a VISA or MasterCard right?" they said "Yes, this is a VISA".

I later received the package and it was a catalog of junk that I could spend the $4000.00 on. Not only was it not a Major Credit card it wasn't even a credit card at all. I have to send in a money order with the order. I don't even have credit with them on this piece of plastic trash! So I read the enclosure, and it said if I had been mis-informed to contact them within 30 days to receive my money back.

I have been calling since July 1, 2022 it is now August 2, 2002. Every time I have called I have been told they are to busy and please leave my name and number and someone will call me back. After 20 calls not one single call to me for my problem. When I finally got to speak with someone they told me they would have to get the tape and they would call me back in 5-7 business days. I talked with Jackie, Rhonda, Ken Marie, Felicia, and Micah the Head Supervisor won't talk to dis-gruntled customers. They only blow you off.

I am going to contact a lawyer, but this is a warning to anyone who receives a postcard for a large amount of credit. Don't send in for it!!!! Especially if you have to pay money to them for the credit. If anyone can help me please respond.
