Look, it feels good to vent , but if you don't benefit from previous posts by reading them, you are no closer to getting your money back nor shutting ACS down!

ACS has a website at http://www.acsplatinumcard.com, but it's useless. You need to get your facts together and contact the following people/agencies:

2) The attorney general of your state (go to GOOGLE, and type in attorney general, and then your state name

3) Write complaint of possible mail fraud to the US Postal Inspector at

or online, file a fraud report at:

4) Complain to your local television and paper. Also, contact national media at nbc, cbs, abc, or fox networks.
