look, ACS is a company using a fictitious name registered to GREEN INVESTMENT PLANNING CORPORATION, and the only officer of said corporation, is named "Maurice Heller", and this name may only be an alias. Green Investment Planning Corporation's one officer, i.e. Heller, lists a Las Vegas Nevada address.

They are pulling the exact same scam that Capital Choice Consumer Credit, aka E-Credit Solutions,Inc (curiously, E-Credit is of Nevada, and lists the same corporate address in Nevada as does American Credit Solutions!).

Check out ftc.gov to see that E-Credit Solutions, Inc. was using the same pattern and practices as ACS, and was sued by the FTC, and the FTC won.

ACS appears to be trying to dance on the edge of the truth in order to fool consumers into thinking they are getting what they are not. But, occasionally, their telemarketers get off the script and actually promise that people will get a Visa or Mastercard.

If you have been ripped off by this bunch, you need to contact law enforcement, your Attorney General of your state, the local media if they have consumer protection type expose programs, and you need to send ACS demand letters advising them they ripped you off and demand a full refund (you should send certified, return receipt mail).

These scammers need to be stopped, and as many people as they have ripped off, if everyone who has been ripped off puts as much heat on their AG, on their congressional and state representatives, and others, as possible, you can shut this company down. ACS is sending the WORLD of PRODUCTS catalog out there, so you probably should contact WOP and let them know that they have a connection with a company that is generating a lot of heat and bad feelings. My wife got ripped off by this bunch, and they need to be stopped and prosecuted for what appears to be false and deceptive business practices, something illegal in all 50 sates
