Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I entered a contract in good faith to have them negotiate and pay off my debt. I paid off the contract in February 2007 and they still have not negotiated with my creditors, nor do they return phone calls. When I do get in touch with someone, they continually tell me they will have someone call me. I have not been contacted at this point. I told them Friday that if negotiations had not been started with my creditors by end of business on Monday, June 25th, my attorney will be contacting them. They are a ripoff...they have over $3500 of my money and have not held up their end of the contract. Beware!
