American Debt Foundation Stole over $5,000 of my money and did not negotiate with my creditors Ripoff Cooper City Florida

In March 2006 we contracted with American Debt Foundation/Christian Debt Consolidators to assist us in settling our debts with our creditors in lieu of filing bankruptcy. Since that time, we have faithfully fulfilled our monthly payment arrangements to ADF with the understanding that our creditors were being contacted and negotiations were pending. In addition, based on the contract, ADF was to submit/supply documentation upon request on a monthly basis of our account status, account balance, and creditor negotiations/settlements. We have communicated on a weekly basis since July of 2006 requesting such documentation and information, and
have only received one "statement". Now, we have/are being served judgements and summons from all of our creditors, and in fact have had two creditors frozen/garnished our bank accounts that we had put our daughter's school tuition in for payment this month (March 2007).

As of February 28, 2007 I have submitted daily emails, faxes and voice mails informing ADF that we are cancelling our contract with them due to breach of contract, misrepresentation and fraud and requested a full refund of $13,970, plus the $3,208 garnished by a creditor they were supposed to have been negotiating with since November 2006, unless they could provide documentation and substantiating documents from creditors that the creditor account has been paid/satisfied. To date, they have refused to refund any of our money. The are a complete RIP-OFF mand something needs to be done about them!! They are taking advantage of the fear and frustration of those of us who are desperately looking for help.
