American Education Services PHEEA This company has denied my right to apply for a income based reduction since September.i am also now unable to refinance my home or get the full time jobs I have been offered due to the negative effects on my credit! Illinois

In September I could no longer defer my loans or get the payments reduced as I was told by AES. So I took matters into my own hands and got in contact with American Financial Services to help me file a Income Based Dererment since AES would not offer me anymore options.  I sent tax returns and pay stubs. The people at AES only gave us the run around and I even payed them in December to avoid a negative mark on my credit. They held the payment and this put the negative mark on my credit!Now I can't refinance my home and I am in the process of being hired at 2 companies that require background checks and will not be able to secure either job due to the ordeal! So now no one can get paid!
