This company contacts me constantly. I have repeatedly told them not to. I consigned an education loan for my daughter sometime ago. If she is a little late on her payment I get calls, emails, and collection letters. She is paying on the loan, but she on a limited income and working 2 jobs. She also has a family and her husband is a disabled veteran.
Anyway I have filed bankruptcy due to disabiltity, on which they were listed, and it was discharged in 2014. I have repeatedly told them this, in which they say they will look into it. I gave them all the information on the bankruptcy, including my attorney's name and contact information, but they still continue to call, report me to credit agencies, send letters, and send emails. I am really sick of this.
It doesn't matter what I do they do not care, and have prevented me from trying to improve my finances by reporting this as non payment to credit agencies.

I am sure you know this already, but student loans are generally not discharged in bankruptcy. Contact your attorney so you have the specific information that relates to your Bk case. Your attorney would have gone over all of this information prior to you filing bankruptcy explaining that student loan debt is NON-DISCHARGEABLE.
You co-signed (not 'consigned') for your daughters' student loans. That means both you and your daughter are 100% responsible for repayment of those student loans. There are rare instances where student loans have been discharged in bankruptcy, but it is very, very rare and you can not just claim that they were discharged. Your attorney will have a much better explanation for you. If you are one of the rare one's where that student loan debt was discharged, get the paperwork from your attorney showing that you have this special discharge that includes student loans. Research it first so you can ask your attorney for the appropriate documentation. A plain discharge isn't it.
The collections efforts have not prevented you from trying to improve your finances. Not making the payments is what is hurting you now. Talk to your daughter too. Maybe she is under the wrong impression and thinks the same way you do - that it was discharged. She needs to learn now that paying her student loan debt is impacting your credit as well as her credit.
