American Educational Services AES FRAUDULENT, UNPROFESSIONAL, PREDATORY Harrisburg Pennsylvania

AES has my loan. I called them to update my info as I was unable to access my account online. I was completely frustrated at the end of the converstation.

#1 They had the wrong DOB

#2 they had the wrong spelling of my first name

#3 they had my maiden name

When I tried to correct that they told me I had to send my SS card, ID AND birth certificate through the postal mail to verify my info. I am unwilling to do this as I was just a victim  of identity theft very recently. I was told by the unprofessional and arrogant male on the phone that this was the only way to fix it and that I should do it or he could potentially push my loan into default, ruining my credit. Really?! Are you actually threatening me, you little twerp?? I am probably old enough to be your mother. I should knock your teeth down ytour throat.
