Previously on 9/2/2010, 9/17/2010, 9/20/2010, 9/21/2010, 9/22/2010 and 9/23/2010 West Asset Management West Corporation 11808 Miracle Hills Dr. Omaha, NE 68154 called me at xxx-xxx-xxxx. I promptly requested by fax reply that the above corporation and/or any of its associates, affiliates or subsidiaries not call me at xxx-xxx-xxxx and thereby deny my use and enjoyment by the subscriber line I leased for incoming and outgoing calls or by so doing signify its agreement to pay me financial compensation.

West Asset Management West Corporation 11808 Miracle Hills Dr. Omaha, NE 68154 and/or one or more of its associates, affiliates or subsidiaries chose to call me at xxx-xxx-xxxx on 9/24/2010 and 9/29/2010 and 9/30/2010 and by so doing acknowledged its agreement to pay financial compensation for failing to comply with my request and the requirements of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act 15 U.S.C. Section 1692c(c).

West Asset Management West Corporation 11808 Miracle Hills Dr. Omaha, NE 68154 now owes me financial compensation in the amount of $600 per call for each call from the following phone numbers on the following dates and times: 1. (315) 627-7146 on Sept. 1, 2010 at 5:47:54 PM $600 2. (315) 627-7146 on Sept. 2, 2010 at 8:51:52 AM $600 3. (678) 667-3957 on Sept. 15, 2010 at 5:19:33 PM $600 4. (646) 389-5910 on Sept. 17, 2010 at 8:10:15 AM $600 5. (402) 779-7665 on Sept. 20, 2010 at 1:35:57 PM $600 6. (315) 627-7072 on Sept. 21, 2010 at 10:25:14 AM $600 7. (646) 389-6949 on Sept. 22, 2010 at 4:47:12 PM $600 8. (646) 389-6949 on Sept. 23, 2010 at 7:59:36 PM $600 9. (646) 389-6949 on Sept. 24, 2010 at 9:05:50 AM $600 10. (315) 627-7135 on Sept. 29, 2010 at 8:13:50 AM $600 for a total indebtedness of $6,000.00.

I continue to notify and request the above corporation and/or its associates, affiliates or subsidiaries to stop calling me at xxx-xxx-xxxx and deprive me use and enjoyment of the line for incoming and outgoing calls but West Asset Management and/or its associates, affiliates or subsidiaries continues to signify and acknowledge its agreement to pay me at an ever increasing rate derived by raising base two (2) to the power of the total number of calls made by West Asset Management and/or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries or associates.

You may wish to do the same if they demonstrate in your case a failure to acknowledge your cease communication request and instead decide to reach into their deep pockets and make you rich as well by ignoring your request and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act 15 U.S.C. Section 1692c(c).
