West Asset Management lied to me about paper so they could collect , broke the law, Sherman Texas

West Asset Management doesn't get a bill for collections unless it's been sent to them. They don't 'make up' bills.

What you were told was true by WAM. You ARE responsible for the bill. Medicaid DIDN'T pay WNJ or WAM would have never had it assigned to them. I'm sure you got the bill from WNJ 4-5 times before WAM called you.

It is truly amazing how many 'Ex" and present employees or shills get on this site when their precious WAM gets a hit. Most of these claims seem true by default considering the extensive investigations about this sorry excuse for a company I've engaged in for 2 years now. I've done my time with these cubicle dweebs several times in the past ( Casper the not so Friendly Ghost dept) and my attorney wants his pound of flesh from you goons who are sooo much in Federal compliance...It sure proves one thing for sure, the scum really does float to the top of the genetic pool because I can smell the WAM stink from here and surely some people shouldn't be allowed to breed because the stink is getting to be a sad re-run. the reason why people like me and other WAM victim's hate the credit 'nose ring' and either opt out of the system or 'rip-off' the bottom-feeders, is because paying them means they get to eat, continue their ways with phones and technology and above all: who in their right mind would shoot themselves in their own foot? Bottom line: this monetary behavior, predatory lending and collection practices, is why the economy and the country is taking a nose dive on the world stage, monetary or otherwise.Just remember this you WAM dirtballs, pay ME when the judgement comes through and I'll give it a thought about paying for your canteen draw at whatever penitentiary you hopefully reside at, trying to get a real job.I hate to think if our situations were to reverse guys...remember Drawing and quartering?

wow i can't believe you could talk like that to someone you do not even know. why i was on pregnancy medicaid (not welfare) is non of your business.i can assure you that i do work and pay my bills like everyone else. also obviously you did not read the complaint thoroughly "mrs. hanna" because if you did then you would have read that the bill was already paid. i still have the paperwork saying it is paid. this complaint was not about my bill anyway. this complaint was about the fact that people were being treated so badly and lied to. by the way, i find it funny that you all happen to be from the same place.

Your on welfare and your that concerned about your credit report? God forbid you might have to pay a bill or deal with a bill like everyone else in the world.

I have never had a problem with West and in fact had same situation and medicaid does not cover everything and they are nice as can be to me

I think that this is funny. My husband is Daniel Hanna with no H on the end. I worked there also for a yr and half. I did not like the job only because of rude people that don't pay there bills and then want to cuss you out because you are calling them. I was one of the very nice people. I am not saying WAM is perfect, but not what you make it out to be. You should be mad at yourself it is only your fault the bill was not paid. You say medicaid, but when you sign the paperwork at the hospital, it says for any reason your insurance denies or does not pay for your hospital bill that you are then the responsible party. You signed the paperwork. Not know one else. I don't work there no more so everyone's opinion is there own and is no big deal to me. I just think that it is funny that you find other people to blame for not paying your bills, and taking care of your own responsibilities. Besides you know very well that the job of a collection agency is to call and collect a debt. Don't take it personal lady. If you would have paid your bill like you should have in the first place you would not have even heard of west. People never worry about paying there bills until they need to buy a house,or take out a loan or something, and then they expect WAM to do everything. People wait years to pay there bill until it becomes beneficial to them. Pay your bills and be mad at yourself for not taking care of your responsibilities until the very last moment.
