American Entertainment Distributors AED been giving me the run around and now ripoff Hollywood Florida

I to have bought the Box Office Express. I flew there in Feb of 2004 and made the purchase. I was to told that I would have the choose of two different machines. The two machines where the American made V&L or an over seas made machine. I told them that the American made model seemed more user friendly and the only way I would buy in is if I got that model. They had no problem with that and said I could have that model.

Months passed and I started wondering where the machine was. After several calls I was told that I would have the Italian made model sent soon. I was upset and talked with Ed Farlow. He said that it was my fault for not saying which one I wanted. I made sure to make clear that I wanted the V&L.

At this point I was tired of waiting and wanted my money back. I still owed $400 on the balance for the machine. The contract states that the buyer would be refunded there money within 3 days after the payment was made in full. When I told this to Ed Farlow he said they just dropped the $400 and I was now paid in full and unable to get back my money.

Since the contract also states that if I don't have the machine with in the set time frame I could also get my refund. Ed said the wrong machine will be dropped and left in my front yard to have it there in time. Since I didn't want that machine I was forced to give them two extra weeks for the American made model.

Nine months have passed and finally my machine was to be installed this Wed. I have tried to reach them to set up a time with the tech and no one can be reached.
I am now screwed like everyone else...nearly $40,000 in the hole.
