Upon arrival, I walked into the shop, waited 5 minutes for someone to come and take my keys, went over my request and was told it would take between 40-60 minutes. I was sent to a tiny, stuffy waiting room and told someone would find me when my pick up was done.
2 hours later, I walked out of the room, and saw that my pickup was sitting in the parking area, I went over to the cashier desk, the woman walked away. I saw my keys sitting on the desk and I picked them up. She came back over and gave me a bill for nearly $300.00!
This is the highest I have ever had to pay, anywhere! For an oil change and fuel filter change! Way more than I was told it would be, and a lot longer too!
The tech told me I was charge 1.5 hours of labor to replace the fuel filters! This tidbit would have been nice to know before they did the work!
The owner was a pompous a*s who sat behind his desk telling me he was the owner of the dealership and could do whatever he wanted and didn't answer to anyone! Isn't that nice to know? Obviously, this man could care less if he has business or not and just steals any amount he wishes from the stupid souls who are unfortunate enough to walk through his doors. I will never make that mistake again, and I urge anyone else who may be in need of an oil change or repairs to go elsewhere, it will be worth the drive to Miles City or even Billings or Dickinson! What he will steal from your wallet could pay for a motel room and dinner, at least you'd be getting something out of it! And add to that fact, they didn't even use the right oil! Now I get the lovely task of going back tomorrow and having them take their crappy dime store oil out of my pickup, replace the oil filters and redo the job with the right oil, all with me standing there watching to make sure they do it right!
