ok this is my problem with this company. My husband and I put a couch, ottoman, and chair on layaway in February 2010 we were told it would be in stock when we paid it off because they have a lot of this set.
However, when we went in on Feb 27th 2010 and paid in off in full all they said they had i was the chair. They assured us it would be in on Thursday the 4th and would then be delivered to us the same day.
My husband got a call from someone at the store telling us it was ready to be delivered on March 3rd. So i waited all day for it, but it never came. My husband called them and they said there was a mix up and it would be delivered on the 4th of march.
Well it is now the 4th of march and no stuff. I have called them myself out of frustration that my husband will not and I spoke with a store manager by the name of  Robert S.
He told me that the truck did not come in today and that my stuff would 100% be delivered to me on March 10th 2010. I do not belive that my stuff will come that day, and I dont recommend this store to anyone. If my stuuf is not delivered to my home on March 10th 2010 I will demand my money back. I will not take in store credit or any other merchandise from this company in place of what I have payed for. If it's not what I asked for I do not want it. And I will stand out side the store and picket. This company needs to be investigated and held accountable for their actions. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!   You will never get your stuff when they say, and they will just keep giving you the run around.
