American Freight Furniture Waste of Money Galloway, Ohio

If you are looking to buy furniture for your home save a little more money and go some where else.  If you do choose to buy from American Freight don't expect to get you item in a timely manner or to get polite employees.  This is by far the worst company to every buy from.  We did go here to buy our first couch and with the prices was going to go back to buy the rest of the items we wanted for our home but now we will not.  These people will lie and try to make you think that you are always wrong.  And to call corporate is a waste of time.  At corporate you will talk to Susan and she just like all the others and will at first act like she is being nice but in the end will call you a liar and treat you like you are nothing. 

We had bought a sectional and it was suppose to be delivered on the 12th of March but we did not get it till the 14th of March.  When we did get it on the 14th it was ripped and I had to call them to get it replaced.  They said it would take 2 wks and they did give me $100 refund for the problems so I thought ok they are trying.  Well 3 wks have passed and I had to call again just to find out that it had been there for some time and they would have it delivered in 2 days due to back up.  Of course I said ok but again they never showed so I had to call again.  This time I talked to Jesse the regional manager who tried to say he was the VP of the company.  He said it would be delivered the next between 12pm-2pm.  Well the next day I waited till 2:15pm and then I left to go to the store to try and get my money back.  When I got to the store I got a call from the delivery driver saying they were leaving the store to deliver it....well I was at the store so of course I told them NO it was 2:30pm by then.  The manager of the store said he would give me my money back but they had to pick of the couch first so I said ok.  I went home and waited 3 hrs for the couch to be picked up just to get told that Jesse said I can't have a refund.  I again spoke with Susan who was just as bad as Jesse but in the end agreed to let try again to deliver item by 2pm.  She also informed me that the deliver guys said they were at my house at 1:30pm and I then refused it and fallowed them to the store.  So to say the least this company is full of liars and worthless people. 

I do hope others read this before buying from them and hopefully the company will be shut down for there false advertisement of SAME DAY DELIVERY and the rudeness of all how work there.  I know nothing of the owner of this company but if he happens to read this I would highly recommend you fire 90% of you employed and try to rebuild a better business.
