I spoke with a woman named Farrah. She explained that all proiders take the discount card. Then immediately proceeded to ask me in what form I would be paying. I told her I would not give out card information over the phone. I then asked her to have a list of providers sent to me prior to purchasing as stated in #5 of their disclosures. She refused to do so & went on & on about how much it would normally cost to go somewhere without the card. I hung up due to her refusal. To me, their disclosure is misleading & my request was denied!
