American Heartland Insurance United Equitable Group Worst Insurance Company skokie Illinois

American Heartland insured driver hit our vehicle from behind/side and was ticketed and found at fault for the accident. American Heartland would not start the claim process for 90 days. They would not pay for our car to be repaired immediately. Our car was not legally drivable,therefor we had to repairs completed and paid for out of our own pocket. AFter several weeks of back and forth conversation with Agent Carlos Cordero, they finally offered to reimburse us for our expenses. HOWEVER when we recieved the check, it was short the full amount. 

The letter states " our investigation confirms you failed to keep a proper lookout and take evasive action as to avoid a collision with our insured, Therefor we find our insured only 70% at fault"

What investigation? Who at this insurance company makes a claim on somthing thye did not witness?  They have the full policed report!   

Stay away from this insurance company!  THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS

Shame on you Mr Carlos Cordero. You represent the blood sucking, no good people of this world.
