My husband Christian and I Patricia refinanced our home with J. P. Morgan Chase and closed on 9-30-08. We have still not received our interest overpayment check and today's date is 12-8-08. I have spoken with the company several times to no avail. The last contact I had was with Tony Thomas (who I was told is a supervisor) at 873-304-3100 Extension 47113.

According to our title company, the amount owed to us is around $129.00. Can you please help us with this. I cannot get anywhere with the company reps with I call. Thank you ever so much, Patricia
