American Home Relief Foundation, LLC Failed To Get LoanModification As Promised Baltimore, Maryland

Nov 8, 2010 Responded To letter in mail offering to help us get a loan modification.

They stated in letter and telephone call that their Foreclosure Stimulus Program may reduce monthly mortgage payments as much as $1200 on $2000 monthly payment. At the same time may eliminate all delinquent payments and fees.

Charge was to be $1990. 1/5/2011; two payments of $1000. and $990.

Nov 5, 2010; I faxed 25 pages of documents per their instructions. I refaxed page 2 on 11/8/10 which they claimed they didn't receive.

Beachmark promise was; First $1000. would be debited from my Visa account if by 11/12/2010 they had received a promise from SunTrust of a min reduction in interest of 2% and forgive all past dues. On 11/8/2010, $1000. was deducted from my Visa account without any contact with me as to having met Beachmarks.

12/15/10; I left messages on phone for Marcia Parron and John Button.

12/21/10; No calls from 12/15 messages so I again left messages for John Button and Marcia Parron.

12/21/10; No call so I called a different customer service number. Was told papers were sent to SunTrust. Just wait or call SunTrust which I didn't understand as this was the service I was paying them to do.

12/22/10; I sent fax to American Home Relief Foundation notifying them that If I had no response from them within 48 hours I would to contact others and notify them of Lack of service and failure to return telephone calls.

12/31/10; Received Visa statement which showed charge on 11/29/10 for $990.00. I have disputed both the $1000. and the $990.00 charges with Visa.

1/5/2011; It is now two weeks since I sent Faxes and left messages with no response.
