We where sent a letter stating they would insist us with our mortgage company to resolve our delinquency with a home modification, they ask us for an up front fee and we paid over the phone. they still to this day have not returned any of my phone calls now I call and the phone number is no longer in service. I just would like to get the money I gave them back. please help us..
