We recently moved out of one of their rental homes. The whole experience with them was awful. When we were shown the house, all the windows were open and the home had just been doused with fragrances which we didn't think anything about. Later after we singed the lease and the house sat closed up, we found out why the home was drowned in carpet fresh. The house reaked of dog feces and urine. We made an immediate complaint and followed up several times about the horrible smell which was never addressed. It took them 9 months to fix the garage door opener and bring us remote openers. Maintenance issues took forever to address and once they were, the work was started but not completed. We moved out at the end of September in which we were suppose to get our security deposit back after 30 days, today is December 22 and we still have not received our deposit. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Take them to small claims court

They have to follow Florida Landlord Tenant law. They are well beyond the 30 day requirement to send you the deposit along with a letter for any deductions made against the deposit. Look up Florida statutes for return of security deposit. If you take them to small claims they will have to pay a penalty too for not following the statute. Good luck.
