American Homeshield (AHS) AHS plain ripoffq Teaneck New Jersey

We placed two requests with AHS so far ad none worked out to our satisfaction.

First one was for central AC: Service was not done completely and we were asked to pay service fee. We still have ac not cooling enough. Even though unit is more than thirty years old they refused to change it.

Second one for Electric base board: For last three weeks they been sending technicians and at the end they said your heating is not covered.

Summary:
1) They charge $55 every time technician come over regardless of service ig given or not.
2) Many non qualified technicians and technicians themselves contradict one another saying previous guy did not do proper work.
3) Technicians try to get out of work with saying it's not cover in warranty. ( I have seen technicians walking in and out in five minutes without diagnoses and sent American homeshield diagnose report.
4) We can spend less money and find qualified technicians if searched for and many give you free estimates.

ABSOLUTELY RIPOFF UNDER THE NAME OF HOME PROTECTION WARRANTY.
