American Immigration Center Inc US-Immigration.com Do not pay any FEES to fill your Green Card Renewal with this Website ! WARNING..., Internet

I was serching to find the form to apply to renew my Green Card !
As soon I put this in the search engin  : "Green Card Renewal Form"  this website : www.us-immigration.com show up on top of Google ! 
The very first thing they ask you to put in is your Credit Card Information giving me a WARNING they got  my IP address and if I give false information or try to give wrong information about my Credit card they have my IP.
It is very confusing because I was expecting to get the form I90 and be able to download it or print it, but the next page told me I was charge $ 149.00 on my Credit Card.
Few minutes later I got a call from them telling me I didn't finish the application and ask what kind of SCAM is that ! The Man said you need to call Customer Care and I did.
First they put me on "HOLD" after few minutes I finally talk to a very rude person, after she finally listen to me she said you want a refound ? I said YES because I don't need your help to fill the form I90, I can do it myself. She said no problem but it have a Cancellation Fee $ 29.00 and I told her I want my money back and I will call my Credit Card Co. She said OK you want contest it's fine but if you agree to pay $ 29.00 you will get back a Credit for $ 120.00 in you Credit Card in the next 3 to 5 days.
I did agree because the money is tight.
So if I don't get $ 120.00 back in my Credit Card withen the next 5 days I will let you know here Guys.
