American Immigration Center, Inc. or www.us-immigration.com is a very misleading site. They show up on top of Google search when you are searching for "green card renewal". The moment you are able to login and start the application, the very first thing they ask you to put in is your Credit Card Information. This is because they charge $149 just to start the application and fill up a simple form. When you search for fees the website will just present to you the fees for the application with the particular immigration form and will not let you know about the other fees they are charging such as: $149 to start the application and $450 if you want to electronically file. Or it does not breakdown what the charges are for. Also, a legitimate website will allow you to cancel or submit if you want to continue to pay anything, no such thing in this website. The website will just ask you to hit start application without letting you know that when you hit the button it will charge you right away. I was so unlucky that the start application was done twice using my credit card. So, I was charge $149 twice. When I called their customer service department, a lady named Maria answered the call and was very rude. I can tell that they deal with a lot of this calls as there is no good customer service quality. I called at 8 am PST (11 am CST) as per Maria, is not available since she does not work until later. Lastly, I went to BBB.org to see if there were complaints about this company, sure enough there are a bunch of them that has not been resolved.

It was nice of them to comment on this report. But here some reasons why it's not good enough:
1.) When I called American Immigration Canter Inc., with the phone number that I got from their webpage, a lady named Maria answered the phone. This lady needs some customer service education or maybe she needs to read 'How to Win Friends and Influence People' since she didn't show any kindness or any listening skill.
2.) She advised me that her supervisor was going to call me when her supervisor get's to the office, the supervisor never gave me a call.
3.) There was no place in the website that allows to cancel the transaction, if there is, please point it out, where is it exactly.
4.) Lastly, websites of well known retailers (e.g. Airlines, Travel sites, Amazon, etc.), confirms the charges before they actually allows you to hit submit. But there is none on this sight.
There are a lot more reasons to point out but I think all of the above reasons are good enough for a rebuttal on this case.
