they rip you off and take your money. Dont let the BBB fool  you they will not help at all. I cant believe i wasted 1000 dollars pleas take my advice and dont go here run away the mangers and staff are all corrupt. They arent really licensed they arent real doctors or nurses think about it lasers  here is a long document of what went on in my claim process with the BBB.
'On May 7th 2009 I had received my third treatment of laser hair removal on my lower chin neck area of my face. On my third treatment I was burned by the laser and was left with large amount of scabs and burn marks from the lasers
that were like polka dots on my face. The scabs and burn marks were slightly painful for the first week. They were first scabs but then the scabs fell off after I took a shower and left pink burn marks on my face for three weeks. Some
of the pink burn marks still remain. I quickly reported my scabs to the Laser center the next day and came over so they could take a look. The manager Kellie Chisnell and district manager Debbie Rinoldi saw my scabs and told me nothing
was wrong this is normal side effect of the treatments and sent me on my way with three little sample packages of some Neosporin type cream for my burns. They also took pictures of my face

The burn took a toll on me having to walk out in public with abnormal burns on my face. And I was very unsatisfied with my service so I went to the clinic on May 12th with my mother to talk to the store manager about my scars  because I didn't want them to become permanent. She explained about the laser and what could have happened. The first two treatments I got were done by Wadenyn Estrada-Goeman the operations were quick and not that painful little pricks to my face and I was done, but my third treatment was done by Andrea Kara Barbon who Ms. Chisnell explains is more experience than anyone at the center and has been doing this longer. My experience my laser appointment was a little longer and was a little more painful with Ms. Kara Barbon. I believe that Ms. Kara Barbon left the laser on my face too long because each spot she zapped my face with left a mark on me in a polka dot pattern on my face. Ms. Chisnell promised me she would give me a
refund but she told me the company secrets of what they told her as she was training to be a manager. She is to make everyone happy and not issue out any refunds. But she felt sorry for me so she wanted to give me a refund. The
problem was she was not able to issue a refund because there is some code on the Care Credit machine in which I pay for my services there. The computer can only make transactions a not refund which to me doesn't make sense to me. She
says she would have to contact the district manager to get a code so that I could get a refund. She also told me to go buy Medurma scar healing cream because she didn't have anymore, and that she would reimburse   me for what I bought so that my face could heal. I told her with my mom there as a witness that I wanted a full refund of my $1000.00 I paid   for the treatment and she said it would take about a week and she would contact me when she could get it done.

Ms. Chisnell didn't contact me so I went in and got my paper work from the center and returned the next day on May 21and talked to Ms. Chisnell again but her story had completely changed she then told me that she tried to contact the district manager but wasn't able to get the refund because the district manger didn't want to give the refund. Then the district manager said I didn't file a complaint form requesting a refund which Ms. Chisnell told me didn't exist. Ms.
Chisnell told me she was getting the run around because the American laser centers company doesn't do refunds. And that there wasn't any refund complaint form because I had requested of her to find one so I could file.  She took more pictures of my face stating that it was for her to help me so that I could get my refund and for her so that she could learn from this. It wasn't a company camera it was her own camera and she was going to email the pictures to Debbie the district manager
and tell her I requested a full refund. Also I wrote a note stating I was unsatisfied with the service and wanted a full refund to Debbie they Ms. Chisnell faxed the paper to Ms. Chisnell and gave me a copy. Ms. Chisnell gave me a copy of the paper and said in the refund policy I signed that I may have said that I wouldn't be able to receive a refund but I don't have the refund policy in my paper work and Ms. Chisnell stated that she lost it or misplaced it and would give me a copy as soon as she found it.  I also requested the number of the district manager so that I could call her because Ms. Chisnell was incapable of giving me my refund and seem to not know what she was doing so I left the district manager Ms. Rinoldi a voicemail stating to contact me immediately.

 The next week on the 26th I still did receive any word form Ms. Chisnell or Ms. Rinoldi about my refund or the refund policy
that I had signed and went to the clinic to the clinic for the final time to request my refund.  Ms. Chisnell gave me
the same story  about how she couldn't do it and that she was in no control of the refund opposite of the first time
telling me that she promise to give me a refund and that I would have my refund within a week.  She told me on a personal
basis that it's a slow process on purpose because they don't usually do refunds. She also said Ms. Rinoldi contacted her about my refund after hearing one of my voicemails and said I can't get a refund unless I fill out the proper
paper work.  Which I believe was wrong because Ms. Rinoldi after four to five days after getting my message still
didn't contact me to handle my refund only talked to Ms. Chisnell and didn't even attempt to contact me about the refund. This time I refused to let Ms. Chisnell to take any Photos of me on her personal camera of my scars because I
felt that she and Mrs. Rinoldi and were not there to help me and that they were being slow on the refund process on purpose to like ms Chisnell stated so that I wouldn't get a refund because they don't do refunds. As I was leaving I told
Ms. Chisnell that there is no way to give me a refund , she again stated there wasn't any other way she had no control over the situation and that she not authorized to give me one.  Then I told her that I would have to file a lawsuit or contact the state board or Better Business Bureau to file a complaint on getting the refund on the damages on my skin. She said ok and I left. But then I quickly came back and asked Mrs. Chisnell if she had found my return policy that I supposedly sign that said I would not receive a refund. Because I still don't remember signing something like that. She said she has still not found that and that she felt sorry for me and was saying that she was on my side, and there was no need to sue the
company that they would give me my refund because they wouldn't want to waste money in court.  And I told her there is
no one else who could help me in the company because Debbie and she were unable to do anything. Then Ms. Chisnell gave me the number of the owner of the Center Ray Pearson. Before l left I told her to contact me if she found my refund
policy and I left.

While I left I quickly received a phone call from Ray Pearson the owner the Tacoma American Laser Center. He quickly asks what's going on then I briefly explain to him that his managers were not trying to give me a refund and that I had
received damages to my skin. His response was your healing though right?? Like he didn't care then he start to talk down to me  tell me off saying he doesn't appreciate me coming into his business saying that I'm going to file suit because I was burned by the treatments and  that he's a owner of several companies  andthat I'm not getting my way. Also that he
knows what I'm trying to do and that I'm just going to waste my time going to court over this.  I knew that this conversation was going nowhere because he wouldn't let me get a word in and he kept ranting a raving like I was attacking him and said the he was a owner of three companies and he doesn't appreciate what I'm doing and that he knows what I'm doing and I had to quickly cut him off and tell him I have to go because I couldn't stand him yelling at me over the phone  I had to repeatedly tell him I have to go and hang up now because he attacking me over the phone.

The next day  may 27I got a  voicemail from Debbie Rinoldi apologizing for not contacting me sooner and stated that she not usually the one who does refund and that she would "for sure issue my refund" that there shouldn't be any problems in issuing me a check or having the credit card I  paid with be paid off.  I tried to contact her 10 minutes after she had called me but got a voice mail so I left a message and first thing in the next morning I stilled called and got nothing. It took until Friday the 29th to contact her and she said I needed to call Ray Pearson and that he would be issuing the refund it was out her hands now and that I should contact him immediately.  I got a hold of Mr. Pearson and I was hoping he was calmer in the beginning he was I told him that I wanted a full refund he cuts me off and explains through what Ms. Chisnell has told him about me situation how I had three treatment and the third one when bad and burned me. I told him I was unsatisfied with my service and wanted a full refund and then Mr. Pearson  cuts me off then starts stating on about how
I refused  Ms. Chisnell to take pictures of me  because my skin is getting better. He was trying to accuse me of wanting a refund on false terms.  I explained to him that it was taking two weeks to get my refund and in the beginning that both his store and district manager weren't trying to get me my refund and were prolonging the process on purpose and I refused to take pictures because I felt no one in the company was trying to help me so that's the reason why I refused to take pictures. It also took so long for the district manager and him to contact me or to get a hold of each of them to get a refund.  He then stated that I barely called him and I asked him why it took him so long to contact me then he cut me off in a louder voice yelling at me saying I was not following the return policy.  Then he goes on again like my first call to him about how he doesn't appreciate me walking into his business saying that I was going file suit against the
American laser Center Company.  I told him he has no once like the other managers offered to help me and that he kept
attacking me on the phone. I also told him that he and his district manager were unprofessional because it took them a week to contact me and that it took me a week to contact them even though I called several time and left
voicemails. Then I hear a loud click...  Mr. Pearson hung up on me which I believe is very disrespectful.

I quickly called him back and I asked him why did he hang up on me then he smugly replied with a lie that he got disconnected. Then from that point he continued to talk down to me and yell at me on the phone about how I wasn't going to get a full refund for the first three treatment and then he explained the terms of the laser and how it could possibly do damage me and that I signed a return policy saying I could get certain refund but not a full one. And that I was supposed to take picture as part of the return policy which Ms. Chisnell never told me.  I told him that I never signed a refund policy and that I don't have a copy of it. I told him that Debbie said I would get my refund with no problem and I was supposed to contact him. He said no I would get a refund and if Debbie Rinoldi said I would he stated that he would take the $1000.00 one thousand dollars out of her check he said would call me soon or tomorrow to figure out everything   he also said that I won't get any type of check or refund until I take more pictures and sign a release form from the company. I with shock over this stressful conversation replied you're going to call me tomorrow to fix this situation and Mr. Pearson replied angrily and said yes and then hung up on me again. It has been over two weeks with no calls from
them.  I feel as though I can't talk to anyone from the American Laser Centers company because Ms. Rinoldi and Ms.
Chisnell both claim it's out of their hands and Ms. Rinoldi is hard to contact. Mr. Pearson I very unreasonable and disrespectful and I cannot communicate with him all he does over the phone is yell and hangs up on you if he doesn't like
what he is hearing.

 then after all this i went on a long case and due to life events the passing of a friend being in college and working i just gave up. but want to warn other that this is a terrible place please dont go.

From what I did read sounds like normal laser treatment.  I have had treatment and the pink fades after time.  Yes it hurts and leaves scabs.  Sounds like you want instant results.  You won't get them.  This type of treatment is painful and lengthy.
