MEDCHOICE American Laser Center Selling services with dubious results under a Credit Line with excesively high interest rates, which you can never cancel, Internet

When looking for a solution for permanent hair removal, I came to American Laser Center.  I thought that since the company was in the market for a long time, it should be because they were a reliable business.

When I walked in, the Manager of the Clinic on East Cobb (Marietta), was absolutelly amicable, and very nice.  She showed me their packages and reassure that they had wonderful results.  I was doubting if I wanted a whole package of 9 sessions, because I wanted to see the results first and go from there, but I found that the only way they sell their services is through these packages.   Since the cost of the packages was more than what I wanted to spend in one payment, they kindly offered an affordable payment plan with no interest in order to convince me of the benefit of the services.

I asked about the conditions of this loan and if I would need to apply and get approved before signing up for my first session and no, they have all taken care of there.  The automatically approved my credit and scheduled me for these treatments.

When I was down on my 4th treatment I showed my discontent with the results and I explained that since I was not seeing any benefit from their treatment I wanted to cancel the remaining part of it.  But NO, you cannot cancel, or even worst, you cannot go to the treatment but they will not cancel the credit line and the payments will keep coming no matter what.

At this point in time, I am stuck with a terrible credit line, with 24.99% APR,  the total interests of this credit line had been transformed into part of my balance since I didn't complete the payments by the 18 month and they are also charging interest over interest every month over the balance, interests that add 38.16 dlls every month to my balance. 

I find the loan conditions to be a complete rip-off.  The loan was given by someone who was unprepared, who never discussed with me these conditions because she was interested in my signing for the treatment.  I was fool enough to trust her, when she said I was really going to love the results, which by the 6th treatment I haven't seen. 

This is a complete scam, because they sell promises which they cannot deliver and they get you into a debt of more than 2500.00. I thought that some regulatory agency will help us as customers and stop this type of scams, but it seems that we are all alone when it comes to this type of companies.
